• BCI-62 - Photo BJ Tank

Error Codes

Error Condition	Power Error LED	BEEPS	Possible Solution
Paper Feed/Delivery	Steady	2	Remove any paper jammed
BC-60 Out of Ink	Steady	3	Replace BCI-60
BC-61 or BC-62e Out of ink	Steady	4	Replace BCI-61 or BCI-62
Cartridge Error	Steady	5	BC-60 Cartridge must be in the left holder and BC-61/62e must be in right holder. Remove the BJ Cartridge, check that the contacts are clean and the white tape was removed. Try a new BJ Cartridge (not the BCI ink cartridge)
Waste Full warning	Steady	6	Waste is almost full, needs service very soon
BJ Cartridge has overheated	Steady	7	Let the printer cool down for 15 minutes, then press RESUME to restart the printing
Service Errors	BLINKS	8	Requires service

Waste Reset Procedure

1: Power off printer 2: Hold Resume button then press and hold POWER, the beeper will sound once. 3: Hold POWER and release RESUME 4: Press RESUME twice 5: When the indicator lights steady, press RESUME three(3) times. The indicator should be orange. 6: Press Power to set data

To Set Model

If you have a BJ-F800 you can set it to a BJC-8000/BJC-7100

1: Power off printer 2: Hold Resume button then press and hold POWER, the beeper will sound once. 3: Hold POWER and release RESUME 4: Press RESUME five (5) times 5: When the ERROR light is ON 6: Press POWER to set the model ( The ERROR indicator will indicate the model) IF the ERROR indicator is OFF then printer is presently set as BJ F800 , to set to BJC-7100/8000 press POWER IF the ERROR indicator is ON then printer is presently set as BJC-7100/8000, to set to BJ F800 press RESUME The printer will turn off
